You cannot stop. You can rest, but don’t stop and start questioning your very existence in this space or your circumstances so much that you become paralyzed. If you have to take a break, find something unrelated that can help you when you start back. I suggest learning and playing strategic games like Chess and Mah Jongg. Or read books about strategy like The Art of War. This is a lot better than sitting around bitching, moaning, and complaining.
